I went to go see Mackenzie for my first visit to Regis. I had recently had two REALLY bad salon experiences, and went to Regis to hopefully find a permanent stylist. Mackenzie was super friendly, and answered all my questions in a way i could understand. I had darker hair and i wanted highlights and we talked about how they may turn brassy and orange the first time they get done, and she explained that she would do her best. When the appointment was over, she had turned my dark hair into medium brown, and my highlights were WHITE BLOND, exactly what i had hoped for. She did such an amazing job, i can't wait to go back! It is a little pricey, but i got exactly what I paid for, and i couldn't be happier! I won't go anywhere else. if i could give it more than 5 stars i would!!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The stylist quickly washed my hair, but she/he didn't go above and beyond.
