I am extremely disappointed. I thoroughly described every detail of my hair, how I wanted it to be. I even had pictures from a book. I said that I like my bangs to go from one side to the other; I got no bangs. I said that I like to be able to curl my hair in the back from top to bottom, grabbing little pieces of hair as I go down; it's long when I grab at the top. The girl was nice. I didn't realize things until I came home and washed my hair and tried to style it myself.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The equipment they used was very advanced. It was safe and well taken care of. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. One of my pet peeves is bad breath, and one thing that I have always noticed about this provider is that they never have bad breath. I've never even noticed a smell at all.
