'A' cut my hair after assuring me that she could follow my directions and a photo I had brought in as a guideline. During the process, I realized she had no idea what she was doing and her hands were actually shaking. If she were that uncomfortable, she should have said something. My hair is a mess, cut very unevenly. Thank goodness it grows fast. Although 'A' was a very pleasant young lady, her stylist skills are lacking. I won't be going back.
