Let me tell you about my haircut appointment from Hell....first let me tell say when you call this establishment to make an appointment they tell you to go to their website, register and then you can make an appointment through there….then you will get a confirmation email for your appointment and the way THERE IS A 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY- $25 fee charged without notice….Yes really...I couldn’t believe it…like how are they going to really get the fee if you cancel???...that was so crazy!!....Okay then on to my took 3 HOURS what normally would take 1 1/2 hour (or less) to complete due to the fact the owner/hairdresser was working on 5 people at the same time...(she was trying to rake in as much bucks as she could regardless if the long appointments caused inconvenience to her clients...) and the TV…good grief!!.. it was blaring so loud you couldn't hear yourself think...then the owner/hairdresser had the gall to ask me about the previous place I went to get my hair done which was EXTREMELY unprofessional....and she make me chose which color I wanted instead of making the decision along with me...when the coloring was done she was like "OMG! that color's not right!!"..and I’m thinking gee thanks gerk!!....she seemed very controlling and manipulative...(thanks to my ex..believe me I know when someone being that way)….she even had the nerve to ask if she could stop in the middle of cutting my hair to help someone else!! Good f-ing grief! I had already been there almost 3 hours!! I said no, my sinuses were bothering me (from the smells, etc.) I can say by the time I left I had a whopper of a headache from the smells/loud TV/etc...then to top it off she charged $20 more then I normally paid at other establishments…I hate to bring skin color into it but I think a lot of it had to do with I wasn’t the right shade of brown…if you get my drift…..

The stylists paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my first visit. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I'll definitely be going back. the atmosphere in the shop was warm and inviting.

I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. The salon was easy enough to find. I got my appointment quickly. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. The stylists worked quickly, but not rushing. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my style plan. All the stylists were very friendly, personable and knowledgeable about products and style.
