I bought a living social pedicure/manicure deal and called to book it back in October. I was told they were all booked up and couldn't take me until after the holidays. I called back after and got an appointment today, March 6. Seriously? I had to wait several months just to be seen? Well let me tell you, it was NOT worth the wait. When I arrived for my 9am appt, the guy behind the desk seemed surprised to see me. Apparently their computers were down and they had no idea when anyone's appts were for the day. I told him I had a pedi/mani deal and he said it was with Jackie, but that she wasn't there yet so I should just wait. A few minutes later he told me that he had just texted her and she thought our appointment wasn't until 10am. GREAT! "Well, should I wait?" "Yes, she's on her way now." After another 5 or 10 minutes I asked if I could at least sit in the chair and let my feet start soaking. I think he was the owner/manger, but he told me he didn't know how to do that. After another woman helped him, he showed me into a room that was the size of a closet. It had one chair, an old school chair that didn't massage or recline. Even the cheap chinese places have those! I was almost afraid to put my feet into the tub when I saw a bottle of bleach next to it (I think that's all they clean it with), noticed the dirty floor, and saw the dirty-looking tools they hopefully would not be using on my feet. I soaked until 9:30 and there was still no sign of Jackie. When someone walked by I asked if they knew how much longer it would be. (I'm 35 weeks pregnant and sitting for long periods of time in one spot gets uncomfortable). Another woman came in and said she would start me. I would assume by the result that she had no experience, but she told me she does pedicures a lot to help with the living social overflow. I've NEVER seen a pedicure done like this. She chopped my nails so fast they were far below the skin and completely uneven. When she filed, it hurt because she was filing my skin too since they were so short. I was disguisted to see she was using the filing block that was sitting on their little tool rack, one that Chinese places give a new one to for each client but apparently Anthony Paul uses the same for each client. She rubbed lotion into my feet/legs when they were still wet, which was really weird, and rubbed until it started peeling off everywhere. It was gross! The products they used were very cheap and I've seen the lotion at the dollar store!!!!!!!!! When Jackie finally got there it was 9:55am. I would've been waiting for an hour. In what world of customer service is that acceptable?! And when she got there, she didn't even explain or apologize to me. She asked if I picked a color and I said "no," realizing that no one had asked me to or showed me around. So now I don't even get the color I want! I never saw the polishes when I entered so she grabbed a couple for me but I wasn't a big fan. She seemed very focused on my feet so I assumed she was doing a good job, but when I looked down at the end, there was polish lining the skin of every single toe except one. My nails were uneven, polish everywhere, and they are shorter than ever. I have pregnancy pics today, which is why I was getting my nails done, and I'm so upset that they look WAY worse than I could've done them myself even with my belly in the way! I'm quite sure my fiancee could have done a better job, and that's sad. She asked me to go out to the manicure chair and I honestly felt fearful to let her do my hands because the photographer will be zooming in on my hands over my belly. I looked at my feet and realized just how bad they were, so I politely told her that I was sorry but that this was the worst pedicure I've ever had and that since I have professional photos being taken today, I didn't want them to do my hands. She seemed a little taken back but didn't apologize or say anything. She just let me walk away and then met me at the front desk. She took my living social, even though I didn't get the manicure or $20 toward a hair service, and said "You're all set." That was it. Worst customer service I've ever had, and definitely worst pedicure I've ever had. I didn't leave a tip for the first time in my life and was honestly upset that I spent $1 in quarters to park, not to mention $35 for a pedicure that ruined my nails. I will never go back to this salon and I hope you won't waste your time and money either. I've never written a negative review before but this was so bad I had to. Hope it helps someone....

Awful, rude unprofessional service. Rescheduled my appointment twice because the first time the girl got fired and the second time the girl got sick.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

There are many stylists here, but they all know how to make you feel special, they call you by name, they get along with eachother, laugh and generally seem to care about eachother. They run from cutting edge hip to cute little old ladies, there are men and women clients. If there is any kind of problem ever, they bend over backwards to blame themselves....just a real bunch of great people. They could afford to be arrogant but are just too cool to bother. I have been going there for maybe 5 or 6 years, wouldn't change for anything.
