As soon as I walk through the door, I am immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They go out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. It was not difficult for me to get an appointment with them though they are usually booked well in advance. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Mr. Nakoie is a genius with hair. It always grows out with lots of shape and style. I would prefer that they use an answering machine when they're working with clients because when they take a phone call, it diverts attention from the flow of the haircut and that's not good. Nonetheless, this is a great salon and I always get compliments on my haircuts. Highly recommended -- Portland's best-kept "secret"!
