Parker Smart Style has one male stylist who knows what he is doing. The rest are not qualified to cut hair. After 2 tries my family has received a total of 4 bad haircuts. We will go back to Cost Cutters

The stylist didn't get that much water on me, but I wasn't completely dry either.
