Laura did my hair color. When I came in, I was very unhappy with what had been done previously at another - much pricier - salon. My daughter has had her hair colored by Laura for years and recommended her.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly, Laura took a lot of time, asked a lot of questions - and most importantly, seemed to listen to the answers. I came away with exactly what I wanted and will continue to go there.

A little difficult to figure out how to get into the parking lot for the salon but it's in a convenient location right off the Snyder on Shelbyville Road

They were somewhat easy to reach in an emergency. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. It's pretty difficult to get an appointment with them. I can usually get one eventually, but it's almost never at the time I would like. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.
