Sheryl, owner of the business has been cutting my hair. She started out doing a good on my hair. Messed up pretty bad the last time I saw her. I am very specific about how I want my hair done. It is a very simple hair cut; precision NOT perfection. I had an appointment with her this morning. She texted me she could no longer do my hair. She waited until 9 a.m. to let me know she had already filled my appointment time. That is an unprofessional and lousy thing to do to a customer. She recently had a thumb fusion done. It is very difficult for a hairdresser with a fused thumb, to do precision work. I would not recommend her or her salon based on her work and the manner she treats people.

I have been going to Advantage Hair Studios for several years now and have been very happy there. The staff is extremely friendly and very informative. They treat you like part of their family. I have two teenage daughters who will not go anywhere else, but there. We have never left unsatisfied. Harmony is the best stylist ever. She listens to what we want done and never lets us down. Thanks Harmony, you rock.

BIG MESS! I went in to see Kaiya to get my hair highlighted. It came out terrible!! I asked for simple strands that were conservative looking. What I got was a big blob of highlight all in one area& side of my head and none on the other half. I went back to try to have her fix it and it come out even worse...the second try of her trying to fix it was bleached white globs of hair that didn't match the first attempt. I don't know how anyone can mess up highlights. I think she was trying to save foil wrappers by doing it all in one large blob. Nothing good was accomplished, my hair was a BIG mess and I felt worse when I left. I had to go to Phoenix to get my hair fixed which cost me more money. I would never recommend Advantage Hair to anyone. The job Kaiya did was terrible! Also, they were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off to say the least.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They styled my hair exactly how I asked. I went out right after and got so many compliments. I was extremely satisfied with my beauty treatment. My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered perfect results. I will definitely be a regular customer here. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
