They keep the restrooms well-stocked here. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. My stylist made sure that my neck and body were completely covered. When I left they took the time to dust off any stray hairs so that I would be comfortable the rest of the day. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been to. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that the salon would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
