Everyone who works there is very nice. Won't ever go back. This salon used to be the creme de la creme. I don't know what's happened the last few years. First I go in to Roseville for a hair cut, I had long hair, more than perfect for this cut and I ended up with the 'lemme speak to your manager' cut. Of course I called and I was rescheduled 3 times to have it fixed, I wasn't going in sooner, because my hair needed to grow out before any one could cut it. By the 3rd time it was rescheduled, I told them to forget it and went to the Woodbury salon. June I had my hair colored perfect, even though she was attending to about 4 different clients at the same time. Imagine my surprise after she says 'same thing as last? Foils and toner?' to which I replied 'yep!', when I put my glasses on after the toner and I'm backing out of my parking space, when I looked in the rearview mirror and I was now a BRUNTETTE (because I'm blind without my glasses, I really didn't know what was happening, I trusted her) . Now I called the salon, she said she'd try to fix it next weekend, which I accepted, but after thinking about the $161.00 and $31.00 tip I left, knowing full well this cannot be fixed in one sitting without damaging my hair severely, I decided I wanted a refund. The manager I spoke to, wanted me to come in to see an educator to make sure what I said was true and figure out what happened (however then she said she saw my hair when I left) and decided she'd refund me but that I needed to find somewhere else to get my hair done. Already DONE. My bestie was with me in June, she can attest to my hair, It's not my fault that the colorist put the notes under the wrong person. I told her she should look back on her clients that day in June and figure out where MY notes are so it doesn't happen to someone else. Will NOT ever go back and be treated like that again. I'm half ready to take this to court over the cost and time it's going to take me to get back to blonde.
