Went to Charlie's Headquarters Tuesday and I sat 130p till 6pm to get my hair dyed and cut, due to miss communication or something my hair wasn't at all what I wanted I told Leslie Bryant the nice lady who did it I didn't like it and she said she would fix it, of course I wanted to give her a chance to fix my hair after it just didn't turn out, so I came back in today and I was explaining how I wanted it, I had my 2 kids with me and another hair stylist Debbie Austin who had absolutely nothing to do with situation who didn't know about the situation, attacked me while I was sitting there in the middle of getting my hair done, I'm so embarrassed, I apologized to my kids and explained that some people shouldn't be working in the public, and should be ashamed and embarrassed of their actions she sounded so silly just running her mouth like a crazy lady, I will never go back to Charlie's Headquarters because they have a nut working, I was so embarrassed for everyone in that beauty shop today, I've never seen a more disgusting sad person, t

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was so impressed with my hair and childrens hair after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and they were all very sweet, it's like a girls day out with them all. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
