On my first-time visit, I had great customer service, they have customers' satisfaction to heart. My manicure and pedicure were passionately and professionally done. I will refer my friends and families to their services.

They have cut my dads hair 3 times now and it has been fantastic each time. My dad uses a motorized wheelchair and is able to stay in it for the haircut. Chee(?) does his hair and is so pleasant and friendly too. Easy to get too as well, since my dad lives in the assisted living facility next door. Highly recommend.

I have been here many times. Both stylists are very friendly and do excellent work. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to get in the chair, even though they always have other customers when I have been there. I wish there were more stylists like these 2 ladies - they are the best!

This is the very finest hair salon I have ever gone to. I am a male, and have never had anyone cut my hair so well. My hair is very thick. Lots of people just can't seem to give me a decent haircut. BK salon always does a great job, and people always make positive comments about my hair. They always recognize me when I call for appointment. I just hope I never have to move away from Houston.
