We were a walk-in appointment. I brought my 15 year old daughter there for her birthday to get a new hair style. I wanted something more stylish - more teenagish. Because she doesn't like to do a lot with her hair the "master stylist" wouldn't give her layers. I showed a picture of what we all I thought agreed to but that is not what he did. He give her a basic bob with side bangs, slightly longer in the front (actually one side is longer than the other - not sure if that was intentional) - the picture I showed actually had it shorter in the front. Basically what she left with I could have gotten at Cost Cutters for a lot less money. Additionally he changed my tip on my receipt. I gave a $3 tip (I didn't want to give a tip at all) for a total of $45 and my receipt was changed to $47 with a $5 tip. I was disgusted and will never go to a mall hair salon again, especially this one!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
