Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
I want to take the time to let Melissa at Jagged Edge know how much I appreciate fixing my hair. I had another salon take the color out of my hair as I asked, however she also bleached my hair and my hair looked like a Home Made hair color. It was bad. I then went to another salon, and yet they manage to give me an odd color look and the cut was a mess. I was very unhappy with feeling good about how I looked. Then, I decided to go back to Melissa at Jagged Edge and she gave me a complete beautiful hair color and also cut it perfectly. I love this place and I wish I didn't have to drive 3 hours to visit Melissa, but after what the other saloons did to me, I was very happy with my new look! Thank you Melissa!!
