Kayla Davis is the one who did my hair. I showed her a picture of what I wanted for a color which she thought was pink, it was plum. She mentioned she couldn't get the exact color so I chose the two colors I usually dye my hair, medium brown base with maroon highlights. I was in a hurry so had to leave without drying but when I saw it the color was boo dish pink. So I went back to have her darken the highlights and it turned out orange. I didn't bother going back again. She ruined my hair. The highlights washed out and are now blonde and it's only been two weeks. She bleached my hair without my consent. There was another lady who I had layer my hair but she decided to make the layers on each side uneven. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever! They're horrible. I was so upset.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Fire the blond one. Gave me completely wrong haircut. Not only was it wrong, but it was pretty bad too. Hairdresser next to us actually cringed when she looked over and saw what her coworker was doing. Afraid to show my face in public. They were nice though.

The hairdresser was nice and did a good job.
However it was complicated to get the color I wanted - they forgot to call me when the color came in.

I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I didn't love my beauty treatment, but I didn't hate it either. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
