They weren't rude, but they definitely weren't friendly either. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. Their office was nice and quiet.
The staff person waiting on me asked a lot of questions about how to cut my hair. She did not seem confident, even though my records are on file and I have had my hair cut a number of times, but by someone else. She even asked how to trim the back of my hair and I told her that if she did not feel confident that I could come back another day. She removed the cape and said you can come back when someone else is here (did not get the name mentioned). I am angry that I could not get my hair cut today. I should remember the 2 people who usually cut my hair so that I can request them. Maybe this lady should bone up on cutting african-american hair types.
