It is very difficult for me to find stylist to cut my hair correctly. I wear it very short (about an inch) and have a picture of what I want. Though many stylists will say they can cut it like that, most cannot and I'm left to wait out the growth. Just as I find one who can cut it correctly, they leave. My most recent experience has been with Erica who just left in November to pursue a different career. Before that I saw Kari but I have no idea where she went when she left. Before she left Erica suggested that I use the manager for my next haircut but when I tried to schedule an appointment a couple days ago, I learned that the manager was no longer there. Can't seem to keep stylists very long.

It obviously depends on which stylist you get when you walk into a salon like this but I had the worst experience I have ever had when it comes to getting a hair cut. I don't know if I was her first hair cut ever but the girl (Erica) was literally shaking while cutting my hair- she cut off more than I originally wanted (I asked for a trim and ended up with 3" cut off). I have side swept bangs and I asked her to trim them as well. She literally cut chunks of my bangs off (along with random small chunks of hair towards the back of my head), they aren't even bangs anymore. To be honest it looks like I am 4 and got gum stuck in my hair and then cut it out myself. Towards the end of my hair cut she asked me to stand up because she couldn't get my hair even on the bottom and thought that would help? When she was done I figured my bangs would be okay the next morning after I would wash my hair and style it myself but I was wrong. Immediately after work the next day I stopped at a different HairMasters and asked them to fix my bangs. The stylist there was appalled at the hair cut I was given. She apologized and tried to blend my "bangs" and the other random short chunks into the rest of my hair. She did the best she could but my hair still (4 weeks later) looks horrid. Also the second HairMasters made me pay to fix the original mess up which I thought was ridiculous. HairMasters is HairMasters and they shouldn't have charged me. Needless to say I DO NOT recommend ever going to this HairMasters or any for that matter.
