I had an amazing experience at 67 West Hair Design. My experience was so good that I changed salons after almost 7 years at another salon. The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The best salon in the area! They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They have the best prices I've ever seen anywhere. I couldn't believe how little I had to pay. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I don't think they were very experienced or well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. 67 West Hair Designers didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all! They only cared about what would make them the most money. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
