I went in J C Penney Salon and was completely satisfied. I saw Lala and she was incredible. Very, excellent listener, good communication skills, and at the end of my cut. It was just what I expected and wanted. Great and Thank You Lala

The only thing I wish they would do is recrute my favorite stylist to come back to their salon.. Her name is Sara Schulz and she was the best they ever had!!!! I hear she is moving back to Las Cruces this summer and I hope they call her to return to their salon!!!! (hint hint)
I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I've already been recommending this place to everyone I know, especially my friends and family. I am in love with this place. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

I was completely disappointed with the stylist who cut my hair, she was young and seemed a bit inexperienced with shorter hair. Unfortunately, my normal stylist was in the hospital and I needed a trim with a few layers added and I mistakenly did not do a little more research before going in. I asked the girl specifics about cutting techniques and showed her a picture, but when a stylist turns you away from the mirror while she is cutting should be an alarm screaming for you to run! It's been a week since the cut and my hair looks terrible. Unfortunately, I need to wait until it grows back a little before I can have it redone and hopefully my stylist will be back to work soon! I would not recommend this salon to any of my friends.
