Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They refused to let me know where my favorite stylist "Sean" went. He was the only reason i went there. I was able to find him on my own through facebook and found him at Modefi Salon. I will never return to fantastic sams.

We have been going to this salon since they opened around 15 years ago when my kids were little. We've had prompt service, reasonable prices, expert haircuts and waxings, and a staff who knows whether they should talk (my kids like it) or not (I do not like to chat). When we have had to wait, we just run over to Safeway or Starbucks for the 15 - 20 minute or so wait. They've employed THE most pleasant, sincere, talented, honest, and forthwright male stylist, Sean, who has sadly recently moved on and opened his own salon. Kim, our other favorite stylist, is still there. We have been loyal customers because of Sean and Kim. I swear they could read my childrens' minds and patiently coax out what kind of hair style they were thinking of.
