I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
