I have been a customer for years, but will be looking for a new place. In the last 5 appointments, I have been double booked twice and had to wait up to an hour on both occasions, despite having an appointment. Also, if calling when they are not open (which may be any regular working day), they will not return messages to set up an appointment. I was happy with the cuts, but this level of customer service I find totally unacceptable. Go there if you do not value your time..
