Desiree is who I usually see, so this review is mostly for her, but Jen is really meticulous and neat and has also done a great job on my hair. They can do anything! Services I have had are color(desi), cut (jen and desi), tanning, up-do (des), and eyebrow waxing(desi). Desi did my eyebrows and I asked to just have them cleaned up and she kept the shape natural. Its really clean there too, the girls take good care of the salon and equipment. The prices are always fair, and the service is high quality. They listen to what I want and offer advice and ways to keep my color/cut looking its best for longer.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. My hair looked so beautiful when I left. My stylist is amazing and I can always go out right after my hair is done here. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
