Be very careful & get written receipts, esp if using a charge card. Stylist not only destroyed our hair but STOLE money from us, Totally hacked up my hair & dyed it blonde (was to be brown with highlights). Daughter's hair was to be blonde but is also totally destroyed & looks dirty grayish brown/blonde. Regis resolution is a GIFT CARD rather than a REFUND. Charged for services NOT done. Impossible to correct what was done, but Regis seems to think FORCING people to use their services is the correct response. Stylist added a tip to the charged amount PLUS a CASH tip before we had seen or knew what he had done to our hair! Never gave me a written charge receipt or itemized statement of services. NEVER trust REGIS or COST CUTTERS or their stylists! Should have given total REFUND for damages and destruction this guy is responsible for. Do not want MORE services! Basically STOLEN MONEY and destructive people to deal with. WARNING! Don't trust them! Totally not happy with this mess or REGIS rep's idea of resolution. It's WRONG. NO ONE "likes" my hair! It's not just a mess, it's destroyed and short! NONE of them deserve a "star!"

I scheduled an appt. for 5:15 p.m. Upon my arrival at 5:05 p.m., April told me that she would take an additional 5 minutes, meaning 5:20 p.m. It took her .25 minutes to wash a customer's hair; from 5:05 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., which is ridiculous! Then, proceeded to cut and blow dry her hair. She never acknowledged me to let me know that she would take longer; she totally ignored me. At 5:50 p.m. I got up and told her that she should have told me that it would take more like .45 minutes, not .5 minutes. I told the assistant manager Elize, who offered me a 25% discount, which is a joke for the lack of respect for my time and customer service. When I notified the corporate office, they offered me a $5.00 coupon. Can you believe that? $5.00 off? What a joke! Don't go to this place. They don't care about the customer or the customer's time. The corporate office seems to support their lousy service when they offer someone $5.00 off. I guess that's the best they can do. You get what you pay for........
