I have been a customer of Family Cuts since moving to the Northshore 2 years ago. Today I went for a haircut at 4:49PM and the door was locked. Ipointed to the door sign indicating 5 PM closing. The lady behind the counter waved me away. Again I pointed to the sign on the door and was waved away. I WISH THEM LUCK. WITH THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY CANNOT HAVE A LOYAL CUSTOMER BASE. I will find another hair cutter in Mandeville, there are many more.
