I was worried after reading all of the reviews that they are horrible. But i went into the store they were really nice, i got the wrong color of extensions and called 2 days later to see if i could exchange them and this really nice guy Tony said that i could come in and exchange them. I was so HAPPY :) they have a very wide variety of everything which is awesome so that you can get the color that matches.
