Kelly did my hair and she did a wonderful job. My hair is natural and by the time she finished blow drying and flat ironing, it looked like I had relaxer.

I recently had my hair done by Kelly at the JCPenney Hair salon in Columbia, MD. Kelly did an EXCELLENT job on my hair!! She gave me a relaxer and a trendy haircut. She was extremely gentle, washed and massaged my scalp about 10 times and was overall very thorough in her work. My scalp typically burns whenever I get a relaxer applied, however my scalp did NOT burn AT ALL!! Kelly took extra care to make sure of this. She was extremely pleasant and very professional. Her enthusiasm for doing hair was beautifully expressed in my hairdo and my overall salon experience!
