I love my new haircut from Paula - we are still working on getting the color just the way I like it, but I think of it as a work in progress. She is super friendly and the salon seems professional and the staff is friendly.

They put the totally wrong color on my hair. No apology, no acknowledgement that it was wrong and I still had to pay!! Will NOT be going back.
