Wouldn’t recommend. Waited over an hour for someone to show up to even open the shop. Had to sit there all day because the “hair stylist” decided she wanted to take other clients in between braiding my hair, even though she was hours late with no apology or anything. Kids running around the shop. & after all that did not end up liking the finished product at all; some braids were smaller than others some were even started as cornrows instead of singles. All in all bad experience, would of left if I wasn't going out of town the next day. I would never go there again & like I said wouldn’t recommend.

Yes, It was exactly how I like my hair styled.
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
Yes, they could have waited
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
