Robin cuts my hair and does a great job. Used to go to Terrame and no one can tell the difference. I still get told that my haircut is great.

It felt like they definitely rushed my session. I felt ripped off. My hair was over prossed no curl looked very burned. was told it was a no friss perm. went back to show the damage was treated very bad by manager.. i ask for a refund and something to try and fix the damage. and was told to leave the salon by the manager (jo ann). I guess that is how they make their money . by doing cheap work. I paid $50.00 for a bad perm. and later was ask to leave the bulding when i went back . had used lifestyle on Mastin lake rd. for years. had good service their. wasn' allowed to talk to the owner. They have lost a good cliant. I also ask for a curl . would like to talk to owner but jo ann said no. sad way to do buis.ness

I have visited this salon and I was very disappointed. The girl who did my hair took over 45 min to roll my hair. You could tell she really did not know what she was doing. I believe she was just out of beauty school. My hair was a mess when we finished 1 and 1/2 hours later If the owner of this salon wants to grow his business he needs to get some good stylist in the salon . $20.00 dollars for nothing. I will not go back under any circumstances. Beware
