Their staff is very friendly but i came in to get my very long hair cut short with a pony tail left in the middle of the back of my head she cut to much off to center it so she pulled it to one side and Braided it, it look right as best i could tell until i later took the braid down and found out it was all on one side now this girl took my money and let me leave like that when i went back they had to cut it all off and only offered me a free cut next time, so i contacted my attorney

I got a bad haircut there, and the staff were not helpful or friendly. I did contact the owner, who was surprisingly polite, and apologized for the staff's behavior and she offered to refund my money. I got the check in the mail and will deposit it tomorrow.

I guess any place can hire a bad stylist and receptionist, but when the owner is nice enough to make amends, it might be worth trying again. I just won't go to the same stylist. Hopefully he got some training on how to listen to what a client asks for and follows through with more training.

So, I'm changing my negative rating to a neutral "N/A."
