I've been a customer for years and have ALWAYS been treated well, even when I ask for the impossible.... I would not dream of having another person providing this service ...they specialize in dealing with difficult customers, (such as myself) more than satisfactorily!!!

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I barely had to wait at all for my beauty treatment. I probably spent less than a couple of seconds in their waiting area. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
