My appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. They messed up my hair terribly!! The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. But I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The staff was very rude and snotty.
