I've Been there a few times.w family and friends. Blowouts,colors ect. Last time was scary.this time my daughter, Made the apt.,In person to discuss the color change, with the colorist. And had pictures too. Burned the crap out of her hair. Than charged her $400.00. I could not believe they would let her out like that. I did go back. Bla bla bla. I'll never go back there again.
