First, I had some trouble contacting anyone to schedule an appointment. No one is ever in the salon and they're closed altogether during the day if there are no appointments. I went in for a facial but it ended up just being a series of face creams. On and off. On and off. NO EXTRACTION. I feel so regretful that I paid so much for this. I left with my skin soft and oily but all the same blackheads/clogged pores I came in with.. So pointless. Waste of time and money.

Very fun! Best hair style/cut/color EVER, and reasonable prices. They are definitely experts. A little harder to get into spur of the moment, but worth advance scheduling. They do fabulous hair here! Don't even think about it, just schedule an appointment!

I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. My stylist always spends extra time washing my hair. I wish I could get my hair washed here everyday. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
