I made appointment online, I got over to my a0poi tment and was told I didn't have an appointment was sent to aza salon where the.lady I talked to over at aza is trying her best to work me to in I will not be back to split endz under any circumstances

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

I have visited this salon a couple times a year for the past 3 years to see Ginger, who is also the owner. Ginger always seems kind, however nobody in her salon is capable of doing anything other than a trim without messing it up. I had been working on growing out my hair so I only visited her for hair trims a couple times a year. Last week I made the mistake of visiting her and requested 3 inches to be cut off and layers added. (I'm 5'5 and when standing my long, straight hair touched my elbows.) Also, I brought my computer with 5 different pictures of the haircut that I wanted and also stressed that I needed to keep the length. She said it was no problem. When she was finished, I looked at in the mirror and was shocked to find that my hair barely went a couple inches past my shoulders. To my dismay, she had cut off 7-8 inches of hair and looked nothing like the pictures, it looks awful!!! I don't want anybody else to have an experience like mine. STAY FAR, FAR, AWAY!!

I always take my kids here; I refuse to pay $20 and more for their cuts, and here they have done a great job. I usually give a good tip since my kids have very thick hair. We have done both appt and walk-in and only had to wait long right before school started in the fall. Can't beat it!
