I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me.
