I looked for a long time for a stylist who would listen to me as well as give suggestions with my hair.
Well I have found the place ! Sandy is wonderful. She is also great about if I have an emergency in getting me rescheduled!

I am very surprised at the bad reviews. I called on a Monday (they were closed) and then again only once and got a call back right away. I spoke to the owner on Wednesday and got an appointment for Friday. The business is small and quaint. The staff is long term and friendly. I went to a 'groupon' Keratin treatment and found the owner to be friendly, personable, and well qualified. I was nervous trying a new place but was very happy with the results. If you're looking for a high end day spa, this isn't the place. If you want to be treated like a friend in a cute and friendly atmosphere, this is for you. I saved a significant amount of money on the Keratin and will absolutely return here.

I was not impressed with this salon or the staff. The owner highlighted my hair but did not use the technique that I asked for. I believe she may have been unfamiliar with it as it is a relatively recent trend, but instead of telling me that, she just kind of did what she wanted. She was very kind and warm but her work was rushed and sloppy so I had to book an appointment elsewhere to get it fixed. She let me know that she'd been doing this for 30+ years, which only tells me that it's been DECADES since she's been to beauty school! At the end of my appointment, she curled my entire head with a small-barrel curling iron and I left the salon looking like a soccer mom :-/ This salon may be alright for middle-aged women on a budget but I believe young people looking for modern looks should go elsewhere.

Also, the tiny salon was very outdated, overrun with plants and heat lamps for them, and had a very uncomfortable atmosphere/ambiance. I would not recommend this salon to anyone I know.

Impossible to get an appoinement, got the deal through Groupon, called everyday for 1 week, noone returned by call, went to the studio directly during business hours stored was closed, called groupon got my money back, dont waste your time, you will never get an appointment

This is a very unprofessional business. I bought a Groupon for a keratin treatment service (which I spent a lot of money on) and wanted this service done for the summer. I called every day for 2 weeks to set up an appointment and did not get a phone call back. I finally left a voicemail stating that I would contact Groupon and request a refund and she called me back and left a voicemail. I was very excited and called back and have not heard from her since. Needless to say, I got refunded from Groupon. I am sure her professional services are great, I wouldn't know, but I did not want to give that company any business for the way this was handled. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.
