Where should I start? They are loud, ghetto, VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Instead of braiding my hair, they decided to play their music loudly whilst holding onto my hair, PULLING IT! This was my first time coming here and I was not pleased! There were 3 women braiding my hair and they did a terrible job; they didn't cut the frizzy parts off because of what other clients told them, and one lady burnt my scalp when she dipped my braids, nor did they put any mousse or oil sheen on my hair, and some braids were coming out!! Never again! Very disappointing.

Place was deplorable....restrooms were disgusting....atmosphere was not professional. Was told for almost 3 hours that braiders were on the way every 15 minutes so I wouldn't leave. Once braiders got there they needed to wash my hair but had no hot water....assistant manager warmed water in a pot and attempt to wash my hair with a bucket. I was not informed that they had no hot water until I was at the sink and my hair was taken out. Worst experience of my life. She washed my hair for 3 mins with less than a gallon of water...my hair did not get properly washed. My braids was neat though kudos to the braiders.

I was extremely satisfied with my hair braiding experience at Braids Expert. I am so pleased with the amount of time it took...about half the time of some other salons. My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and delivered perfect results. My biggest critics, my two daughters, think I look gorgeous and younger! How often do daughters say that to their mother? I will definitely be a regular customer here.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff over charged me. They didn't know that I could understand what they were saying and I listened to them as they discussed how they over charged me and had no intentions of giving my money back. They even charged me more money for the hair.Thirty dollars over charged, but they wouldn't do my hair the way I asked. I sat in there for almost for hours. They ordered pizza. They talked on the phone. They ate. Most importantly, they took three hours to do a full head, but four hours doing my touch up. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
