My hair stylist, Mala, went above and beyond with my hair. She did a very difficult style considering how short my hair was but it came out lovely. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff and I'll definitely be going back. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. Thank you to Madame and the staff!

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They ignored my questions and my appointment took very long. Stopped braiding my hair for over an hour to take in more customers. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very frustrated.
