I just had my first cut at Creative Cuts - and love it! My stylist, Chelsea, was fabulous! She listened to me, made suggestions and even asked questions thru-out cut. The salon itself is very nice, has tasteful decor and is clean and has a very relaxing/friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be going back! If you are looking for a new hair salon go to Creative Cuts in Wake Forest!

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I truly love my stylist at this place and the attitudes of all the girls around her...I am def never going anywhere else as long as the stylist they have there remain. As far as seeing stylist going in and out...nope my stylist has been there quite some time~and I always see familiar faces not a bunch of new/different stylist ever week!!

I really enjoyed my visit to creative cuts. Everyone looked and acted very professional. I walked in and yes I had to wait a few minutes but thats good right. Who wants to go in a salon thats not busy???The prices are very reasonable and my stylist listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would abslolutely go back and I have referred lots of friends there too. Great place to go!!!!!

I've been to this salon three times. Only once was I greeted when I came in. The other times I had to stand at the front desk and wait for someone to come help me. The haircuts are sub-par. I gave them a couple of chances, figuring everyone has a bad day now and then. However, the cuts never improved. No stylist seems to stay very long at this place. I have no plans to return either.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
