Took my daughter in as a Birthday Gift to get her hair dyed and a purple dye in. First off the man who took my appointment said to me it was no problem to hav bright purple in her hair.. When I arrived the girls said we dont have those colors.. So we settled for high lights and a dark tint of purplish.. But after a week it looks like nothing happened to her hair. Its cost was $188.00 Which I was quoted a 75.00 on the phone. My daughter feels like nothing happened to her hair.. I wasted ton of money for a unhappy child and felt i was wrongly priced on phone and deceived on their ability to give me what we wanted when we walked in.. Only a few strips of hair show slight blonde/ we wanted a more blonde look as I TOLD THEM.. I feel it should be redone for free !!!!!!

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I travel all the way from RI to get my haircut and have so for over 20 years!
