I recently had the pleasure of receiving hair cuts from both Carrie Cox and Challise Copeland. Both did a terrific job. I had a very pleasant front desk experience and was treated politely and courteously. I love the products they use and how they make my hair feel. I can recommend this salon with confidence.

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

Yes, I barely had any time to ask questions

You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. I barely had to wait at all for my appointment, it was great. They called me back in less than a minute. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They had great prices. I've already been recommending this place to everyone I know, especially my friends and family. I am in love with this place.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

I didn't feel welcome there. They treat you like you a big burden. The receptionist was the worst & she should be fired she was rude to everyone even other staff members.The lady who did my parafin & facial was in the biggest rush such a waste of time money. Worst facial ever. The lady doing my massage & reflexology was texting during my reflexology..thats awesome service. The music from the salon was so loud you couldnt relax to the calming music during massage. You could hear vaccum, loud laughing,talking. They say they offer wine & water ahh yeah never even offered me a sip of water. Just an over all terrible experience! I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Waste of time and money!
