I am very disappointed yesterday,their master stylist elizabeth charge more from me.she did relaxers and trim my hair and charge 180$.its almost double than they mention on jc penny charges list.i reallydont wanna be there again and advised everybody dont go there.one more thing dont tell them that you have any coupon just present it when you pay,othervise ther chage more then apply coupon and same thing they do with me,in bil she add relaxer 70$ and again relaxer with hair cut 85$.for long hair 10$ and for conditioner 15$,ii wish i could attach a bill copy here.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. They had great prices.They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for.
