Yolanda at Rumors is a gem - such a lovely person and I have 'difficult' hair and she never makes me feel like it is anytihng but easy and fun. My hair always looks great! She changes it aroudn sometimes and I still like it - she is also a genuis with color!

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
