Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client.

I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!
Did your stylist make an effort to keep hair off of your clothes during your visit?
Yes, they went above and beyond

Ms. Valerie and the rest of the staff are very respectful, friendly and helpful. I asked for a medicated shampoo and it was one they use regularly. My stylist knew exactly how to handle my hair crisis and I left looking better than I imagined possible. My daughter has been a customer for quite a while and I am now a regular. I always call to make an appointment - but walk-ins are welcome too. Most of their clients are soldiers and are in and out quickly. I appreciate them being there for me when they could easily serve 4 men in the time it takes to do my hair.

Not at all. It was obvious they didn't care about me

No, they used cheap brands that smelled bad

No. It took me several times to get through.

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
Were you able to find out the price of your beauty treatment over the phone?
No, they said I had to visit to find out

I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. My hair come out horrible, when I asked what we could do to fix, the stylist flipped out on me. After some words back and forth, I said I am talking to you as a client upset about her hair, she told me , I am talking to you as a stylist, and I believe I can not satisfy you and you need to go somewhere else. Will be contacting the manager tomorrow for a full refund and fix of this mess.

Defintely better than their sister salon at the new PX. Plus their attitude doesn't demand a tip, they simply do their job and leave it in teh hands of the curtomers to tip if they'd like. Their sister salon make it their business to ask for a tip. I find that offensive.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and caring. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
