Dr. Mark Dean has been my go to doctor for pain management. He preformed a procedure to ID the exact disks that were damaged so the surgery I had would be successful. Over the last few years he has preformed many procedures to help control my neck and back issues.

He has always taken the time to hear what I was saying and has treated me with respect.

In my opinion he is one of the best!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

My wife was paralyzed as a result of a procedure performed by this doctor. She underwent physical therapy to regain her ability to walk and to use her left side. However, she is in constant pain and needs additional therapy on a regular basis. Avoid this doctor at all costs.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I was very satisfied with how my appointment went. I'm even more confident that I'm under the care of a professional. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I've never seen a magazine selection like the one they have in their waiting room. They have hundreds of the latest magazines, and I barely even notice how much time has gone by while I'm waiting.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
