Latest technology, great people!
The hearing aids work very well and the staff are always available to answer questions or provide support.It’s amazing to watch Dr. Anzola and her team treat every patient with the same courteous, patient, helpful, and very professional attitude.

Professional and Prompt.
Appointments are seen on time. Analysis and recommendations are professional, and competent. Follow-up is outstanding. Overall, about as good an experience as you can get with hearing aids.I have interacted with each of the other staff members at the McLean office and have found each of them to be very pleasant and helpful.

Great interactions with the customers
From the time I set an appointment, I felt a sense of "can do" attitude from all involved. The "can do" became a "will do" became a "Done"! So far I have been very impressed, and I am not easily impressed. Not only does the doctor seen to provide excellent service, she is a delight to deal with.

Until I was fitted with hearing aids by Dr. Kelly Pilson in early 2012, I did not realize the extent of my hearing loss.
• Inability to hear individual speech in loud environments had become my “normal.”
• The loss of the initial words from a person in conversation left me guessing at the content.
• Frequent summaries by my wife of conversation highlights were needed to keep me engaged.
On occasion, I simply wondered why I was “tuning out!
The hearing aids have allowed me to engage fully and to understand nuances in communication that had been missing for years. Kelly’s diagnostic work has continued at regular intervals with assessment of changes that require adjustments for maximum effectiveness of the hearing aids. She always seems to have whatever time is needed and remains focused on me as an individual who has a unique combination of hearing deficits. She has stressed her role in aftercare and taken the initiative to see me at regular intervals. The dividends of working with Kelly have been far greater than the investment of time and money involved.

Dr. Kelly Pilson was welcoming and friendly. She took the time to listen to my needs, explain my hearing loss and recommended the best hearing solution for me. I have followed up several times for programming adjustments and I am very happy with my hearing aids and so is my family. The product and services that Dr. Pilson provides is top notch.

They were so kind and compassionate, and made sure they were very gentle during my ear exam. I will definitely be going back. If anyone is looking for an audiologist, I always tell them to come here. I would recommend them to anyone. The staff at this office goes above and beyond to be friendly. They are extremely nice and welcoming. I went out of my way to follow Dr. Pilson from her previous practice. She really is the only one I trust with my Tinnitus treatment.
