The office is extremely small and crowded. Annoying music played. Absolutely, positively no privacy at the front desk, because it is located within 5-6 feet from the closest chairs. No communication re: processes, i.e., we waited for a very long time to be asked to go upstairs for my son to leave a urine sample. Then another long wait for the doctor, who did not seem interested in his past issues, documents from other doctors, etc. He merely was willing to write a prescription and send us on our way I felt. I was extremely disappointed, and would never go back. There was no caring attitudes from anyone in the office!

They are one of the most polite, respectful people I've ever met. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. During my appointment, I knew that I always had their full attention. They listened to everything I said without interrupting. They never encouraged any of my negative behavior, and gave me plenty of helpful solutions for what I was going through. They were able to help me get of negative patterns and routines very quickly.
